2. Account Registration

Account Creation and Ownership

Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, 333da may withhold balances pending investigation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their 333da account may do so by contacting 333da customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC completion.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 333da platform are governed by the following conditions.
Deposit Conditions
All deposits to 333da must be made by the account holder using a payment method registered in their own name. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers at 333da are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms attached to each individual offer.
General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise in writing:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.

Bonus Abuse
333da employs fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using a bonus in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome; colluding with other players to trigger bonus conditions; exploiting errors or anomalies in the platform or game software; and any other conduct that 333da determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute an unfair exploitation of its promotional offerings. Where bonus abuse is detected, 333da will void the relevant bonus, any associated winnings, and may close the player's account.
Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion are subject to the same general bonus terms unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise. 5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333da platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

- Making chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to 333da without first contacting 333da support to resolve the matter.
- Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment information at any stage of account registration or verification.
⚠️ Where 333da determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, in addition to account suspension or closure, withhold any funds in the account pending investigation, report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law, and take appropriate legal action to recover any losses suffered by 333da as a result of the prohibited conduct.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the 333da platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
